Job Title : Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end interior design and renovation projects for residential properties, including **bungalows, terrace houses, semi-detached homes, and condominiums.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project and site management, a keen eye for design quality, and strong client-facing communication skills. You will act as the key liaison between our design team, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee full project life cycle – from initial planning to final handover.  
• Coordinate design implementation, renovation schedules, and on-site activities.  
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.  
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively with creative problem-solving.  
• Monitor progress, quality control, and contractor performance.  
• Ensure all work aligns with approved design intent, drawings, and project specifications.
• Lead and manage the project team and report the project progress update by weekly

Requirements  

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project management within the interior design and renovation industry.  
• Proven experience managing **residential projects** (bungalow, terrace, semi-D, condo).  
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.  
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.  
• Familiarity with technical drawings, site measurements, and contractor workflows.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced SME environment.  
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or related fields is an advantage.
