1. Booking Fee
- The booking fee paid upon confirming your appointment is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. This fee covers administrative and management costs incurred in preparing for your project.
2. Interior Design Consultation (IDC)
- Once scheduled, the consultation appointment is non-cancellable. Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be made at least 7 days prior to the consultation date.
3. Interior Design and Build (IDB)
- Deposit and Payments: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. This is to cover management, design planning, and other preparatory costs incurred as part of your project.
- In-Progress Projects: Once the project has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
4. General Terms
- Commitment to Service: By engaging Mamyhome for your interior design and renovation needs, you acknowledge and accept this no-cancellation, no-refund policy.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases involving unforeseen emergencies, you may contact our team to discuss potential solutions. However, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
