• Booking Fees: All booking fees are non-refundable. These fees are used to cover administrative and planning costs associated with your project.
• Consultation Fees (IDC): Once the consultation is scheduled and payment is made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• Project Payments (IDB): All payments made toward design, renovation, or related services are non-refundable. This policy includes deposits, progress payments, and final balances. The funds are allocated for design planning, procurement, and project execution costs.

2. Return Policy

• Custom Products and Services: All services and products provided by Mamyhome are custom-made to suit each client’s unique preferences and project requirements. As such, returns are not allowed.
• Purchased Materials: Materials, furnishings, and fixtures ordered or procured as part of the project cannot be returned or exchanged. Clients are advised to thoroughly review and approve all selections during the design process.
