Job Title: Interior Design – Leader

About the Role

As the Interior Designer Leader, you will oversee the entire design team across both residential and commercial segments. Your core mission is to lead the team in delivering work that is high in quality, rich in character, and aligned with the company’s design vision and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead 3–4 design groups, each managing 3–5 ongoing projects
• Review and monitor output for design quality and technical accuracy
• Conduct regular internal reviews and “Design QA” sessions
• Support team in overcoming communication and workflow challenges

2. Project & Capacity Planning

• Strategically plan to manage 10–20 projects monthly
• Align project timelines with team capacity and milestones
• Oversee and follow up on high-priority projects

3. Workflow Systemization & Quality Control

• Develop and maintain working templates, drawing standards, and a structured material library
• Standardize design deliverables across both residential and commercial sectors

4. Materials & Supplier Coordination

• Source and assess material and furniture suppliers aligned with brand and budget
• Serve as the central point for effective and efficient sourcing

5. Communication & Professional Relations

• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, project managers, and upper management
• Coach team members in client interaction and idea presentation skills

6. Site Visits & Implementation Standards

• Organize regular site visits to ensure design continuity during execution
• Act as the key contact for resolving on-site design and specification conflicts

7. Founder’s Vision & Aesthetic Direction

• Accurately represent the Founder’s design vision and philosophy
• Ensure every project reflects soul, function, and spiritual integrity — core company values

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in both residential and commercial interior design

• Highly organized, meticulous with drawings, and confident in presenting concepts
• Leadership mindset with a learning spirit and ability to guide under pressure
• Strong interpersonal etiquette and emotional intelligence in the workplace
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in BIM software (not just 2D drafting but full 3D data-rich modeling)
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Canva/PowerPoint
• Able to work in collaborative environments (Worksharing, BIM Coordination)
• Knowledge of annotation, documentation, and construction-ready drawings
• Familiar with BIM data management: parameters, tagging, families, and scheduling
