HR & Admin – Intern
The Human Resource & Admin Intern will support the HR and administrative departments in daily operations. This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, document management, and general administrative tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and assist with onboarding processes.
Employee Records and Documentation
- Help maintain and update employee records in HR software or filing systems.
- Organize and file employee documents (contracts, personal details, performance reviews, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation is completed during onboarding and offboarding.
Training and Development
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Help with organizing company events or employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team in tracking employee performance and development.
General Administrative Support
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle basic office tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
Compliance and Reporting
- Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Help track employee attendance and time off requests.
Prepare reports as needed for HR and Admin teams.
Job Requirements
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Knowledge of basic office practices, administrative tasks, and HR functions is an advantage.
