Digital Marketer – Executive
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Digital Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Optimize online presence to ensure a strong digital footprint.
2) Content Marketing:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
3) SEO and SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic.
4) Social Media Management:
- Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
5) Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate detailed reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
6) Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through email, SMS, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure effective nurturing of leads through personalized marketing funnels.
7) Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
- Creative Skills: Strong content creation and copywriting abilities for both visual and written formats.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms for tracking performance.
- Other Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
